Brandon Dyer
Pastor - Teacher
Brandon believed in Christ as a child and counts it a privilege to have grown up in a Christian family. As a teenager, the Lord gave him the desire to pursue the ministry. He followed that calling, in part, by graduating from Bible college and participating in several church internships. He also is enrolled in seminary in order to continue sharpening and developing his understanding of God’s Word.
While in college, Brandon met his wife, Bethany, and they were married in October 2011. Since then, they have been blessed with four children.
Brandon became the interim pastor of WCF in June of 2014 and was installed as pastor in November of the same year. He is privileged and humbled at the responsibility of sharing in the leadership of our church.
As a Rhode Island native, Brandon enjoys all things New England sports. His personal interests and hobbies can basically be summed up in two things: hunting and woodworking.

jordan Cerny
chief musician
Jordan came to faith as a child and deepened his commitment to Christ after graduating from high school, leading him to study ministry at a local Bible Institute. He and his wife, Stephanie, married in 2015 and have five children. Their family enjoys baking, playing games, and adventuring together.
As Associate Pastor and Chief Musician, Jordan enjoys leading the musical portion of worship, preaching, and teaching Sunday School. Over the last few years, he has come to greatly value a liturgical approach to worship, seeing it as a guide for honoring God in all of life.
In his free time, he writes music, reads theology, and spending time with his family.

Matt Payson
elder
Matt is grateful to have grown up in a Christian family and to have believed, by God’s grace, at a young age. Looking back at his younger years, he is especially grateful for how God graciously causes His saints to persevere.
Matt and his wife Erin were born and raised in the same small town in Maine and had some interaction as children, but after living in distant corners of the country for several years, God providentially returned them both to Maine in 2009 and were reacquainted shortly thereafter. They were married in 2010 and were blessed with their son, Henry, in 2012 and their daughter, Elsy, in 2014.
Matt and his family began attending WCF in the spring of 2018 and immediately felt at home with the church family here. They became members in August of that same year, and Matt began elder training the following summer and was affirmed as an elder in January of 2021.
Matt, for some mysterious reason, enjoys endurance activities such as running and cycling. If time and the seasons allow, he’s very happy to find himself located on a golf course or ski slope as well. When it’s all said and done, however, he’s not opposed to sitting down with a good book and a cup of coffee.
